Refund policy

At My Fresh Vibes, we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, simply email us at hello@myfreshvibes.com within 30 days of your purchase for return instructions. 

Please return the gently used item, and we’ll happily issue a refund for the purchase price, minus shipping. Unfortunately, shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is your responsibility. Be sure to hold onto your tracking information, just in case.

Once we receive your return, allow up to 3 business days for processing. We’ll send a confirmation email, and the refund will appear in your account within 5–10 business days. Refunds go back to the original payment method or, if paid by gift card, a new gift card will be emailed to you.

If your return doesn’t meet our policy, we’ll let you know via email.
